Delivery Timeframes: We strive to fulfil and ship orders promptly. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and will be notified to you after order confirmation via email.

Customs and Taxes: For international orders, additional customs and tax fees may apply, depending on your local customs policies. Please check with your local customs office to understand the duties and taxes that may be associated with your purchase.

 

Order Not Received: If your order hasn't arrived as expected, please check your shipping confirmation email for accuracy in the delivery address. In case of issues, contact your local post office or neighbours. If the address is correct and the package is still missing, reach out to us at surbhi@goodshotz.com with your order number for assistance.

Wrong/Damaged Product: In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, email us within a week, attaching photos of the damaged product and your order number. We'll promptly work towards resolving the issue.

Returns

Hassle-Free Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. You can write to us about your concerns and we will share the address for you to ship the product back. Please note that we will not reimburse shipping charges.

Return Scenarios:

• Wrong Address: If the courier deems an address insufficient, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs.
