Cancellation and Refund

We understand that plans may change, and to ensure fairness and transparency in such situations, we've crafted our cancellation and refund policy.

General Refund Policy:

This is a general refund policy encompassing all services sold on If a specific service includes policies of its own, those policies will be taken into consideration.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled activity: 70% refund

  • Cancellations made 45 days before the scheduled activity: 35% refund

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled activity: 10% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled activity: no refund

Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a tour cancellation from our side or under extraordinary circumstances, a full refund or credit note (on an individual case basis) will be initiated from our end.

Transfer of Deposits and Payments: For cancellations between 90-45 days before the scheduled activity, deposits and payments made can be transferred to an alternative tour date.

Refund Processing: Refunds, when applicable, will be initiated within 72 hours after the approval of your request.

Your Understanding Matters: We appreciate your understanding that certain commitments and preparations are made in advance of our activities, and our cancellation policy reflects a balance between honoring those commitments and providing flexibility when needed.
